Volunteer Application
Volunteers who are new to First UPC are required to complete our
new
believers course and obtain the
approval of the senior pastor before participating in any of our
ministries. In addition, all volunteers working with children
or youth are required to familiarize themselves with our Plan To
Protect Children and Youth Policy which includes submitting themselves to an
interview process and background check.
Please
complete this initial volunteer application after which we will
contact you for further follow-up.
